Store Policy

Since all of our items are custom made just for you, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges. However, we’re happy to assist you if something goes wrong. Please refer to the guidelines below.

If there is an issue with your order, such as:

  • a defective item

  • incorrect printing/product

  • incorrect size

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or a refund at no additional cost. Be sure to provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging, along with your order number.
